多木浩二 眼の隠喩（ちくま学芸文庫）Metaphor of Eye by Koji Taki

芸術学、記号学を専攻する学者、多木が、19世紀後半以降のヨーロッパについて、視覚というキーワードで、論考した書。

同じ時代を扱った、歴史書や美術や文化関連の書物とは、一味も二味も違った内容になっていて、視点が違うと、まるで別な時代を描いているように思えるのが、面白かった。

パリの大改造や、肖像写真などのよく知られた話もあれば、人形の家や、椅子といった珍しい素材を扱った章もあって、楽しい。

なぜ、そのテーマなのか？という論路的な根拠には乏しいように思えたが、筆者の独自の視点に振り回され、時間旅行を行うのも、またよい経験だ。

Tagi, a scholar of Art and Code argued some interesting topics of Europe in 19 - 20 th century from the perspective of seeing.

This book is slightly different from another books which is written for same age as this book. Tagi explains Dole house and Chairs which are picked up very few in these kind of books.

I enjoyed the journey of the age with Tagi's original view points and thought.
